DESCRIPTION:Please join Shelters of Saratoga at its 2017 Brighter Days Gala on Thursday\, March 23\, 2017 from 6-9 pm at Longfellows Restaurant on Union Ave in Saratoga Springs\, NY. This annual fundraising gala provides critically needed support to over 700 individuals facing homelessness in our region each year. Guests will be treated to an evening cocktail style reception\, dancing\, silent auction and the core reason for its existence\; providing help\, hope and humanity to those most in need. Since 1991 Shelters of Saratoga (SOS) has been providing essential programs and services to individuals facing homelessness in the greater Saratoga region. In 2016\, SOS touched over 700 lives. The continuum of homeless care provided by the agency assists individuals in rising above uncertain circumstances to regain a sustainable footing in this community. Reservations: $100 per person Visit: www.sheltersofsaratoga.org to make your reservations today PS   This year we will be honoring Saratoga Springs Police Chief\, Greg Veitch with the Help\, Hope and Humanity Award for his outstanding dedication of service to our community.
