Arts Fest Friday LIGHT THE NIGHT Event\, an evening of arts and entertainment at Spring Street Gallery\, will feature music\, food\, activities\, and the region's first glimpse of the "Breathing Lights" public art project\, coming to Albany\, Schenectady and Troy in October 2016.
