DESCRIPTION:Acrylic Painting:\n\nIf you have ever wanted to learn how to paint this workshop is for you. Experience painting with acrylic paints from foundation to completion. Students will learn to mix colors and understand the use of dark to light values to model a form. Emphasis will be placed on compostion\, or placement of objects\, on the canvas. Classes will include how to discuss work in a kind and intelligent fashion. \n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor: Sharon Lombardi\n\nSharon Lombardi has a Masters Degree in Art Education from the College of Saint Rose. Sharon is an artist\, teacher and an accomplished goldsmith who thoroughly enjoys sharing her extensive experience in art with people of all ages. Her instruction emphasizes drawing and 3-dimensional design plus she has experience in both printmaking and mural painting with children. Sharon has studied under world-renown jewelers and is an established jewelry maker in Saratoga Springs\, NY.
