Katherine Carpenter Admitted to Practice in New York

Wilcenski & Pleat is proud to announce that Katherine Carpenter passed the Bar and has been admitted to practice law in New York.  Katy will continue working with Wilcenski & Pleat as an associate attorney at the firm’s main office located at 5 Emma Lane, Clifton Park, New York.  Katy graduated cum laude from Albany Law School and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Marist College. 

Katy practices in the areas of traditional estate planning, special needs estate planning, long term care planning, trust administration and estate administration.
Most recently, Katy was nominated and selected as the Fourth District Delegate for the Elder and Special Needs Law Section of the New York State Bar Association in 2017 and serves as a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section as well as the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.
